'91 Toyota Injectors?

'91 Toyota Pickup 4cyl 4X4, 89k miles, hard starts when cold, new cap/rotor, spark plugs & wires. Added injector cleaner twice in last month, (Techron). We have spare used fuel injectors, is there a way to test injectors outside of professional shop? Thinking maybe to trade w/used injector if we could find one or more weak ones?

Thanks for any help at all!

About all you can do is check resistance with an ohmeter and look to see if they are clogged.

91 Toyota Camry Not Moving

I have a 91 Toyota Camry and have taken good care of it since I bought it. Today I was driving and it giving it gas and stopped moving, but I could hear myself pushing the gas pedal and it revving up. I thankfully made it to my mechanic and he got aroudn to testing it and driving it and it seems perfect, but I know what happened today. Any insight to what may happen. Another cra..I mean Windstar problem

Afternoon....After spending a few G's last summer on the windstar tranny (after loosing the torque converter on top of the Big Horns) The blasted thing is starting to act flaky again. 1999 Windstar SEL, 3.8L, 88K. After warming up and stopping at a stop light it will surge or buck a few times. Most of the time it will do this every time you stop. It is most notable after everything is warmed up. Fluid is where it should be. Is is possible the selector (not sure of the correct name) is slightly out of alignment and causing the problem? The reason I think this, that once in a while when you put it in park you cannot remove the key until you jiggle the shift lever or push it farther into Park. Thanks.Read More
