a/c controller not working
i have a 95 suburban and out of the blue the a/c control panel got a mind of its own. it acts like there is no power. it will not activate the compressor when the a/c button is pushed and the air diverter wont change from the floor to vets to defrost. does anyone have a clue. thanks in advance.

Would tend to be different problems; the no power to compressor problem would be electrical and the diverter problem would be either mechanical or vacuum (I don't think Suburbans have electrically-controlled diverters).
First thing I would do is check fuses and relays to track down where it's losing the power before it gets to the compressor.
