speed sensor

speedometer doesn't always work someone suggested it might be the speed sensor. 2004 buick lasabre custom. How much does it cost?

cost for just the part and/or to have it installed?
I'd check AUtozone.com or call your local auto supply;they'll tell you how much. Likely will need size of engine when ordering.

Less than $50 I think and the installation should be DIY-able; it'll be mounted in the transmission housing. Probably one or two bolts and the electrical connector.

1998 Dodge 2500 Door Latch

I was wondering if any one might have or know where I might be able to get a inside door latch for drivers side front door quad cab because mine is wore out and it wont shut tight any more. I have looked all over the Internet and could not find a single thing, or even if someone might have a part number that might help me narrow my search down. '95 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, loose stearing.

Even though I recently had my stearing gear box replaced, and returned to have it tightened up a little later, my stearing is still sloppy. I have about 3 inches of play in the wheel, it causes me to go from side to side of my lane, and when I hit a bump or irregularity on the road i'm all over the place. I'm worried about slippery roads this winter, and losing control. I've had several people check it over and say there is nothing wrong with the stearing or shocks, but i've only owned this truck a few months and know little about it. A friend (that seems to know a little about everything) says it could be the "traveler bar", but I have no idea what that is. Any suggestions? Roger.Read More
