91 Chevy Silverado 5.7L TBI 93,000 miles
This chevy truk has the problem of exessive cranking to start at any engine temperature and runs at high idle once it starts. I just changed the plugs, wires and cap and rotor. Also checked timing and vacuum. Timing checks out fine and vacuum is at 23 in. Hg. What could possibly be causing these symptoms.
