olds Alero Blower Motor
I just bought a 2001 Olds Alero. The blower motor quit working the second day I had it. I checked all the fuses in the three fuse boxes and all are good. What else can I do myself? how do I test it and/or replace it?

under the dash on the right side above the passenger footwell area is the blower motor. next to the blower is a little module looking thing that is actually the resistor that gives you the different speeds. it has 1 or 2 screws holding it in...take it out and look at it...chances are it has a burnt place in it. replace it...
