power Steering Pump Replacement 2002 F 150 4.2 liter

how do I take off my old Power steering pump,and replace it with a new pump

Removal and Installation

Remove the air cleaner inlet
Rotate the tensioner counterclockwise and remove the belt from the power steering pump pulley.
Raise and support the vehicle
Disconnect the power steering pressure line from the power steering pump.
Remove the two lower pump bolts.
Lower the vehicle.
Disconnect the power steering reservoir pump hose from the power steering pump.
Remove the two upper pump bolts and the pump.
Place the pump and pulley in a soft-jawed vise then, using the special tool, remove the pulley.
Using the special tool, install the pulley.

NOTE: Install a new power steering seal on the power steering pressure fitting by stretching the seal over the seal replacer until it is large enough to slip over the threads of the fitting.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Fill and leak check the system.

Special Tools needed:

Power Steering Pump Pulley Remover
Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer
