Have all sensors etc been checked/scanned? Had similar & it turned out to be a sensor. I assume all connections at computer were cleaned & inspected thoroughly, as well as at sensors on transmission?

2 possable problems, comp,or speed sensors.I would have someone with a scanner check your input and output speed sensors have replaced alot of them, you can change then in 30 minites, cost is usualy in the park of $60, parts are available at local part stores.
