96 isuzu trooper 103,000ml

I had a P0401 code register. So i have cleaned the ERG, and sprayed with carb cleaner. and it was good for three days. now i have had the same code come up again. Any ideas thanks

Have you checked the egr sensor.

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition that has an oil leak above the filter, is this coming from the oil pump seal?
