Difficulty reading dipstick.
Have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma 4 cyl.
I usually change the oil myself, however it is very difficult to read the dipstick with new oil on it. Can not see the level.
Even under bright light.
Does anyone else have this problem and is there anything that I can do to better see the level on the stick?
Thanks

You could drill some very small holes, say one at "full", one at "down a quart", and one in the middle. Some dipsticks are made that way to aid in figuring out where the level is. Just don't drill the holes so big that the end of the dipstick falls off.
