Floor Jack

I have a NAPA floor jack model 520-1007, 2 1/4 ton. I also have a rebuild kit I ordered. Now I'm looking for a diagram on it! It is made by Sunex Corp. Can anyone help? I lost Sunex's number, to call! Or can give me Sunex's number!
Thanks David C

Floor Jacks

That's them. I had to call them, but they didn't have a break down of pump! Just parts and part #'s. They sent me a manual that came with jack. No help! I still would like a diagram!
Thanks for reply.

if you contacted the maker of the jack and they couldn't give you what you want...it may not be available. as for the two check valves...consider the direction of fluid flow during the intake stroke. one check valve must close off the cyl chamber while the other opens to the sump. during the pressure stroke, the intake valve must close off and the cyl check valve must open. good luck...

I'm sure one (little one) goes first! But either the second one goes on top or it goes into a side port. I did get a name and number from the maker ,on who to call. The said this person designed it. We shall find out!
