How to set timing 1990 Geo Prizm
I put a new timing belt on a 1990 Prizm and set everything to the marks. I just want to double check timing and the manual tells you to go by sticker under hood. Well the car has been painted and the sticker is not there.
Does anyone know what the timing set should be on a 1990 Geo Prizm? It is the LSI model with the 1.6 engine. Also some cars have you pull a vacum hose when you are setting timing or unplug something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I need to know is on most cars and trucks they have you unplug the spark adavance some call it the spark control when you are setting the timing.
Does anyone know what to unplug on the 90 model Prizm with the 1.6 engine? It is the same as the 90 corolla with the 1.6.
The autozone website does not tell you.
