help

where can i find directions to rebuild a front rearend for a 1993 jeepgrand cherokee limited a/t 6cyl alltime4wd

you'll need a service manual and some special tools if you are starting from scratch. some measurements need to be taken to determine pinion depth, ring gear backlash, side bearing and pinion bearing preload.

if you are reusing the ring and pinion gears, you can usually get away with the old shims (assuming it's a shim style differantial) and new bearings. if it's a threaded adjuster style, you'll need the procedure and a dial indicator and some torque wrenches

where on the internet can i get detailed info

try to get a factory service manual, or motor professional editon, as a lot of the less expensive manuals don't have enough detail to do the job properly. You can probably rent some of the tools to do this but make sure you use good quality torque wrenches especially for bearing preload readings;
