'90 Mazda Miata window help

I have a '90 Mazda Miata with the drivers side window cable (that rolls the window up and down) broken. I took the panel off the door to see if I could fix it, but I could not get the cable real out from between the window rail and the door. I did not see any bolt or nuts for removing the rail either. (Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough). Is it even worth screwing around with or should I just replace the whole door. Get one from a junk yard or something.
If anyone has any ideas please help. With the summer coming up I want to be able to roll the window down.

Thanx

Jim

it is probably held in with rivets. but if you'r carefull you can install with bolts just check clearances carefully when installing, don't try to hold rivets with fingers when drilling out , had a customer do that once when I was a snapon dealer, the drill bit didn't even slow down when it got to his finger.

Thanx for the reply Speed. I'll check it out next time I pull the panel off.
