Replacing speakers in a 00 Ford Windstar

I have a 2000 Ford Windstar and am wondering how to remove the rear speakers that are in the sliding doors. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I confess I've never paid much atteention to the rear sliders on a Windstar, but I would assume the inner door panels come off like most door panels. First you remove any screwed on items where the screws are visible, i.e. armrests, handles, etc. If there's a door handle it comes off (can usually be done with a screwdriver, but there's a special tool also). Then using either a door panel tool (looks like a pair of pliers with wide, flat jaws that open instead of close when you squeeze the handles) or anything with a big flat blade (like a putty knife), you pry the edges to pop loose the push-in plastic connectors holding the panel in place.
