transmission slipping in a 1992 ford explorer
i have a 1992 ford explorer automatic.i just replaced the front pump seal because it was leaking..now its acting like it doesnt want to go and the tranny is slipping..someone told me to try lucas and see if that helps..not sure what is wrong but maybe someone could help me out..i dont have alot of money to get a new transmission..thanks

you checked the fluid level first right?, then you will need to run some diagnostic checks with pressure guages to find out if pressures are in range. is the fluid red, brown, yellowish, smell burnt?
