Rainy Days - 93 Corolla

I have a 93 Corolla and the car will not start in the rain. I replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires...no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

we had 94 one, so should be close enough.
you have distributor. its cap has gasket. it is cracked and leaking moisture inside. it condensates inside distributor cap and it will not start, period. i'd replace cap, gasket, and rotor. honestly, i forgot the name for the piece that turns inside the cap and sends spark to the wires, sorry, guys will help you with proper name. it's been a while since i worked on distributors.
2nd culprit would have been leaking spark plug wires.
but my bet is on that gasket. or seal, what ever they call it.

cap

I am with the distributer cap advice. moisture from splashing water turns to steam and gets under the cap. I would replace it and the rotar. Buy a good brand and pay attention to the seal around it.
