I have a 91 suzuki sidekick that smokes alot from the exhaust. It has 71k and smokes worse when it gets warmed up.Its like a bluish colored smoke.Any idea what causes this?

if it puffs out a pretty good cloud on cold start up and then smokes blue on extended idle, it's likely to be valve stem seals or in the worst case, valve guides.
worn piston rings will allow oil into the cyl also...a good old test for this is to take it out, get it all warmed up and then while driving at highway speed let it coast in gear (preferably down a good sized hill or mountain) for 30 seconds or a minute and then suddenly open the throttle to wide open throttle...look in the rear view and see if you see a big puff of blue smoke. if you do...it's a good bet that you have worn oil rings.
