90 acura tail light assembly

quick question on a 90 Acura tail light assembly (s) that keeps letting water in. The sealing gasket is old and has a bad spot on both sides and trying to come up with a way to seal this. Almost ready to caulk around the thing. Haven't checked any prices on a new one cause it most likely has to be high & car not worth that. Any ideas on a replacement gasket?

check out Certifit
http://certifit.com/

they have them for some models, less than 60 bucks.

junkyards.

what's wrong with caulking? just don't smeer it all over the assembly, as dirt sticks to silicone oh so good and you'll end up with nice dirty smeers all over. walmart has clear sealent (silicone) in a large tube for caulk gun for less than any parts store will sell you a tiny tube of windshield sealent (same stuff), i know, my truck's windshield has(had) a pinhole leak in weatherstrip.

I got the tail light assembly's from the local U Pull It. The originals were cracked/broken. Both of them are in great shape but the seals are bad in places. Dont want to try to caulk anything yet as that will be a last measure. Was hoping to find some sort of rubberized gasket replacement.
Heck with it...Im gonna caulk it!
Thanks
