Brakes
Replaced master cylinder on chevy van. Bled lines per instructions but brake pedal still going to floor.

"Bench Bleeding " a master cylinder is often not even close to sufficient.
Remove the cap(S) and open The bleeders at all four wheels. Grab a cup of coffee ( Sorry..I dont drink around My vehicles, otherwise I'd suck down a Beer
) And let them "Drip". When they all drip..close the bleeders, top off the M/C...and get an assistant to "Pump" for you. Starting at the right rear..then Left rear, right front, and finally left front, Bleed the brakes in the conventional manner.
Look carefully at Hoses, caliper bolts and wheel cylinders. The slightest leakage present, makes bleeding FUTILE.
