I have a 2000 montana that has windshiled wiper issues. They work fine on the regular cycles, but on intermittant settings & when turned off, the park in the middle of the windshield. I had a part replaced (sorry can't remember what it was) & it didn't fix it. I was told it was either that the assembly arm was bent or the parking tab was bent. Where is the parking tab on them?

It reminds me of a system where the wipers were turned on while frozen to the windsheild. Any possibility of that happening, or someone or something holding the wipers from moving when turned on, or while operating? Where the wipers attach to the pivots at the base of the wipers, there is usually a cap or similar, to flip over & you will find a nut on top of the arm where it attaches to the pivot. If yours is similar, loosen the nuts first, then move both wiper arms back to where they should be on the windsheild with & when they are shut off. Now re-tighten nuts, careful not to tighten too much. Now try them.
