Dependant on the engine.....(I assume 3800 series II), The front engine mount and bracket must be removed. after that , its a matter of routing the belt according to the "Diagram" on the radiator support.

Probably too well.......Just started working for a Chrysler dealer, and I have to get General motors out of my head before I get in Trouble..

not that bad

You don't have to take the mount off, you just have to remove the nut just above and to the right of the crank pulley, then remove the long stud if it didn't come out with the nut. After that pull the long spacer out (the stud was through it) then you can change the belt easily. The spacer is a little tough to get back in but with a little wiggling it will go. This all sounds like alot more work than it actually is. About a 15 minute job after you've done it a few times.
