Smile A/C Vacuum Leak

When a vacuum is pulled on an A/C sytem in a auto and the vacuum does not hold, is there a way of finding out where the vacuum is leaking? Thanks!

it will usually require atleast a small charge of refrigerant to be added to the system to find the leak with a detector, smaller leaks may only show up by charging system and adding dye.

when checking for the leak, don't forget the schrader valves. the can start to leak and a lot don't have caps on them.
