'98 Nissan Maxima

I have maxima 98, few hour before I put my gamin GPS in car charger and on taking it the while thing came out, I pushed it back. Then what happened is exactly same, car starts with jump, light are dim and I can hear additional voice like humming coming and it looks soon it will stop. One more issue, engine light comes also but this problem is not new, I have spent 1000 dollar on it but again appears without any difference in riding and disappear also for many month. Thanks appreciate if any help.

, humming sound coming, feels it will soon die and last airbag lights blinking. Thanks. Is it alternator problem, did some research in community forum. Going to dealer any advice before they charge me 1000 dollar again. Thanks
