My 2004 Dodge Stratus has a really BAD vibration during braking at high and medium and even slow speeds. I thought it was warped rotors but when I replaced my brake pads recently yhe rotors felt smooth, no waviness.
I am afraid I am going to vibrate myself into a wreck when I slow down! Any help would be appreciated!

You won't be able to tell if a rotor is warped by using your hands. Get them turned (usually about $25) and should be good to go, and stop riding your brakes, they will warp and burn the pads out WAY faster.

Ditto.
Same symptoms in my '89 Nissan Sentra.
I took it to a shop but I should have first gambled and replaced the rotors. JC Whitney has such good prices on parts like these it would have been worth taking the chance.
The rotors were worn anyway.
