'01 Ford Expedition running rough at idle

I have a 2001 Ford Expedition with the 4.6L Triton engine. It has just gone over 60,000 miles. I noticed today that it is running very rough at idle, almost like it is going to run out of gas. The rpm only drops about 100 revolutions during the rough running, but the whole front end vibrates. It idles at about 800 rpm. On acceleration, it stops running rough at about 2100 rpms. I also noticed it is running hotter than usual. It is due for an oil change, but only overdue by about 200 miles. (I'll be changing the oil in the morning.) Any ideas on what could cause this? There are no aftermarket parts, the engine is completely stock.

Thanks,
Dave
