1998 Firebird Formula Service & Parts

I have a 1988 Firebird Formula in very good shape and was wondering where I can get original parts anyone have any good sources

Also does anyone know how to reset the 'Service Engine Soon" light?

Removing the battery cable should reset the codes on the OBD-1 Firebird. The light will come back if there's something you haven't fixed. Best on parts is probably going to be a car club specializing in Firebirds that will have all the sources.

Rotating Rotors / New Rotors

Hey, I know I'm not a mechanic so therefore I don't act like it but I also know I am able to do many vehicle repairs as I have in the past. I have completed task from changing brakes, alternators, full tune ups, starters, oil changes and now I am in need of new front rotors. I was wanting to know if anyone could tell me what is (1) the reason for rotating rotors and what is meant by that exactly? Is that just like rotating tires? (2) Can you flip rotors over and use the other side? (3) What are some of the [I]make sures [/I]when it come to replacing the rotors? I'm driving an 2004 F-150. I know it may sound like I should let some pros do the job because of my unfamiliarity but, what are we on doityourself for?Read More

I recently bought a 1997 Toyota Campry, just the other day i noticed my RPMs are getting really low when i am sitting at a light idoling. I also stalled once while sitting at a light. The car started back up fine. The RPMS go low then rev up alittle then go low again??? around 1000rpms?? Does any one have any ideas where I should start looking for a problem. Fuel filter?
