2001 Grand Cherokee starting problem
When I park my cherokee and then I have to star It again
It does'nt star, but if I move the shift handle and return it
to the park position again the Cherokee start immediately.
The question is, is it bad? What is the possible cause?

Sounds like the neutral safety switch is slightly out of adjustment. I don't know the exact location on a jeep product but it's usually a simple fix. Someone else will probably pop up with a better description.

where the neutral safety
My guess is on the transmission, possibly accessible from the passenger compartment.
I've not used it yet but Autozone online probably knows for sure.
If you go poking around in the wiring you should follow procedures for disabling the airbags which can deliver lethal force within milliseconds.
No human can possibly react fast enough to avoid this sudden inflation.

I'm pretty sure it's mounted under vehicle, on tranny, near shift linkage......should have a harness going to it. Let me see if I can dig up some more info..
