95 Toyota Tercel - seat belt
95 Toyota Tercel. This is a question about the front seat belts. How do you replace the lower half with the button(the receiver or what one plugs the belt into) ? From what I see, there's a plastic cover plate running alongside the seat. I can feel where 2 screws are holding the plastic cover in position. Short of taking the seat out, is there another way ?
