92 Lumina APV Van, radiator fan rattles

my 92 lumina van radiator fan started rattling very loudly today. I noticed there's one in front and one in back of radiator. The one in back (next to engine) is the one rattling. Is it drivable like it is or will it cause the van to overheat? Is it an eazy fix? Fluid level in overflow bottle is towards to low end if that matters. Temp gauge was in middle reading 210.

Loose blade, broken bearing, or debris in the shroud...(A simple leaf or twig can make horrific noises in contact with spinning plastic-)

Problem is.......While it may or may not cause you to overheat, anything that comes apart will certainly DESTROY your radiator.-----Get it looked into ASAP

OK, felt entire blade assembly and nothing is broke. No debris, no twigs, etc. I did notice when I grab theblade assembly and jiggle it, it jiggles back and forth easily, while the fan in front of the radiator seems more solid. So is there a bolt or screw on front of blade assembly that can be tightened or is it a bearing? Looks like just 4 bolts to take whole thing off but may be wrong. might have to take off piece on top of radiator also.

There are also 2 on the bottom of the fan that you cant see....

In the center of the fan blade is a 13 mm nut.....ITS LEFT HAND THREADED... see if it tightens up....If not , check for abnormalities in the fan blade itself.
