I have a 2003 trailblazer with a V6. I am getting an anti-freeze smell when I have the AC unti on. I have checked the top of the block for any fluid leaks from the head gaskets and have not found any fluid. There is no fluid leak under the vehicle where I park. I ran the heater to see if the smell could be from a heater core issue, but the smell was not present during that test. Any ideas?

most likely you have a very small seep from the gasket between the intake and the heads, quite common on gm v-6's
and most of the time will not put enough out to make it to the ground before it evaporates. can be quite a pain to dianose and repair.

The only way to fix it right is to remove the intake and replace the gasket. I would have it pressure tested to be sure that is the problem before doing that much work.
