Car Air Conditioning
I own an 06 Honda civic that has steam coming out of the AC vents for about 10 -20 seconds on starting the AC. Any idea what this could be, never seen this on any other car I have owned.

When cold air blows across warm water, the result is fog and that's what you are seeing.
I'm betting the condensate drain is plugged. You need to get it opened because of your current problem and because mildew will start to grow in the blower system, which is worse.
