95 Buick Le Sabre

No cruise control and no horn. Cruise control buttons are on the steering wheel. From what I have been reading on these forums, I gather that I may have a "clock spring" problem? Here is how I got to where I am now.......... Driving on highway, went to set the cruise and it did not come on. Then I tried to sound the horn and it did not work either. Checked the #7 fuse for the horn (the fuse panel in the engine compartment) and it was blown. Replaced bad fuse with new 20A fuse. Horn worked and cruise worked for the next two times that I was out and about. Now, I again have no horn and no cruise. ALL fuses in both fuse panels, including #7, have been pulled and ALL are fine. So, does this sound like a "clock spring" problem to you all? If so, is there a way to tell for sure? I have the dash apart already, but I have no idea what I am looking for. Thanks in advance

I have a '90 Corsica. Recently I have noticed a clunking sound coming from the passenger side, trunk area. It only happens when I come to a stop, and the sound usually comes about a second later, almost like there was something heavy in the trunk that would roll to the side of the trunk and make a clunk when I come to a stop (or near stop)......So I emptied the trunk out, but it still happens. It does happen every single time I stop, but it happens most times. It's like a loud clunk coming from the right rear of the car. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks.
