When I pulled into my garage and shut off my car the blower kept running. I have disconnected the plug to the blower and that is the only way I can get it to shut off. Need to find out where the relay that controls the fan is?

Is it the heater/AC fan or is it actually the engine cooling fan?

there is an electronic blower speed control module that bolts into the a/c heater ducting usually 2 or 3 bolts usually near the blower motor that can cause the blower motor to run all the time, if the blower motor is pulling to much amperage it can damage or shorten the life of the new module. recomend seeing a shop to be tested. the module will look like the picture in the link below.
