'01 Jeep 4.0L Hard to Start
Hello,
2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee had had a vacuum leak at manfold, repair vacuum line. But still hard to start. Occasionally the panic system of the security system comes on by itself.
No engine light illumination.
any suggestions.

Sounds like you have an electrical issue, bad ground or maybe weak battery. Some security systems go off if they think the battery is being disconnected or electrical system is being tampered with.
The check engine light won't come on if the voltage is low during cranking. Check the battery voltage with the engine off/on/cranking. It should give you some idea what's happening. Post your numbers if you're not sure.
