Folks:
My son has a 2004 jeep wrangler with 28,000 miles.Recently
he changed his oil and installed a new air filter. The air filter
is a k&n high flow filter. The filter people claim this high flow gives more horsepower and increased combustion efficiency.
What he has noticed is a five degree rise in his engine temperature. Is there any way this could be because of this
new filter.Thank you in advance for your opinions.
Ron
Hi all,
I have a 2003 Mazda Protege with 116,000 miles on it. About 1,000 miles ago, the Air Bag light on the dash board would start blinking on random occassions. The blinking usually remains on for 15 to 20 minutes and then goes away. I've brought the car to the dealer, but they could not find anything wrong, since the light was not blinking.
Is this something that an OBDII reader could I dentify?
Any ideas on what else to check?
Thanks
Greg
