05 4 door Durango Door panel.
THought I had already bought the Haynes book, if so can't find it.
Matters not, easy question.
Left rear door child safety lock will not disengage. Obvious loos screw or something.
But, once screws are removed from door panel. Move the panel up as usual for removal? Or is it forward, or backward.
Not a super important deal, but did put it on the mental to do list for today.

Pull the door panel up to remove it from the door. Its pretty simple to do. But before you do this, you may want to try to adjust the latch. Look near the latch there is a slot. Look in the slot, you should see an allen head screw. This is the adjustment for the latch.
Does the door open from the outside? If not that is the procedure.
Hope this helps ya,
Billy

Good thing I asked.
Billy opens fine from the outside.
Pull on inside handle, I can feel the catch hitting whatever but not grabing.
Should I take a turn in and or out on allen head before removing panel?
Have to go drive the tractor around.
Dude, thanks for the input. Rather not remove panel and plastic if I don't need to.

No problem. I dont think the allen is going to help you with your problem. You were already on the right track. Be prepared to have to replace the latch. The child lock is built into the latch. If it is worn or bad then the latch will need to be replaced.
