99 taurus refueling problems
I have a 99 taurus 24 valve, fuel filler neck needed replaced so replaced with used (supposed to be same year and model) now when refueling the gas nozzel keeps clicking off, tried turning at different angles and more than one station, have to fill very slow and it still will click off. also checked short vent hose at top

If you replaced it with the same hose you should get the same results as the old one. If the vent tube is OK, you may have put a crimp or extra bend in the hose when installing it.

your vent is restricted for some reason. pull the neck and check the vent line.
