Woe is me, stupid tranny
I have a 1995 Dodge Caravan, 3.0 motor, AOD trans.
Is stuck in first gear,
will not shift to any other.Fluid is fine, some tell me it is a electronic problem.
Can someone advise me what I can check for ?
Need to do it myself, short, just like everyone else on $$$$

I dont know if its the same thing, but I had a similar problem. I took it to a local trans place and the mechanic told me it was the transmission module, cost me $100. So I'm guessing the part cost less then that. I would try that first.

shifting is controled by a computer and will need a scan tool to diagnose.
