Those are the bulbs, not the flasher, or are you trying to be funny?

Just to ask - but have you tried looking where your fuse box(es) are located to see if plugged in them or mounted near or behind them?

I did look, but not sure if it is like the older kind, or some electronic type. Didn't see it under the hood around the fuses, guess I will try to locate it by sound. Anyway the flasher is a long shot, because the left side turn signals won't work, right side OK. Probably going to be a wiring problem, because the bulbs are good. Thanks for the reply.

Cars today have more stuff to them than the cars I was so used to working on years ago. But since I doubt they have a separate flasher for each side - then yes, sounds like you have some other issue. Surprised you did not give this clue in your OP. Wire, ground or the contacts in the switch itself (hopefully not).

Do you have any plans of attack on this one?

Since the Honda dealer wants $99.00 just to start looking, and I have been in electronic repairs for more years than I want to admit to, I am going to troubleshoot this Accord. I have the electrical wiring manual coming in the mail. The ground is there at the bulb connector, so it has to do with the + 12 volts on both left side turn, and left emergency lights. I can't find anything online about this problem, so it must not be very common. I guess you are right, the flasher is first then to the turn switch, then to the bulbs. Not sure how the emergency flasher ties into this circuit yet. Wish me luck.

Since the right side works, the flasher is not the problem.
You say the bulbs are good, but have you tried swapping them out - left to right or have you checked between the bulb shell and the contacts with an ohm meter. I have run across bulbs which looked good but had a break in the filament.

I agree with you about bulbs that look good but aren't. In my case, I turned on the left turn signal, and checked the wiring at the rear bulb and found there was no +12 volts to the bulb. I have the 2003 Accord factory wiring manual coming, and a few days, and some luck, I will report back on what I have found. As it stands now, the dash turn indicator doesn't light, no sound from the flasher unit, left side turn bulbs not working, nor the emergency left side. Thanks for the replies.

Staring to sound like the turn signal switch, but hopefully just a loose connection somewhere.
Let us know what you find.

03 accord light issue

I have the exact same problem, my light bulbs are fine, I checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine, I have not changed anything in the car that would cause the signals to stop functioning. any help would be great.
Thanks,

I now have the factory wiring manual for the 03/-3 Accord. You should check at terminal 3 on the hazard/turn signal relay assembly, this goes to the dash turn light, and right side turn/hazard lights.
