look on Autozone site or buy a Haynes manual at local auto parts store. It is a bit involved to go through all the details in a forum like this. Basically, you have to take a lot of stuff off to get to the tensioner; once there, you should likely replace timing belt and water pump in addition to the tensioner since they are all in the same place and you don't want to do it twice.
