Low AC Charge

I have a 1995 Toyota Camry and I noticed that my car AC does not blow cold air during warm (> 83) outside temps. However, in the morning it blows almost cold air since the outside temps are lower. Does this mean I need to buy one of those kits to add refrigerant? If so, which one is good? I went to Autozone and they cost around $30 - $50. Thank you!

You need to find the leak and fix it or any refrigerant you put in will just leak out.
