Headlight Removal?

I cannot figure out how to remove the headlight to replace the bulb on a 2005 Buick Lacrosse to save my life.

Does anyone have instructions on how to do this? Even a website link to instructions.

Thanks!
Zach

Reach between the grille and radiator to the back of the headlight body. Remove the twist out "knob" with the wires going into it. the bulb is attached to the "knob".

Really? Wow. Is it really that simple?

Wish it was. Some guys at the shop have small enough hands, they can get in behind the lamp. Me on the other hand, I have to partially remove the front bumper cover to get the headlight out, then replace the bulb. This is how the service manual tells ya to do it.

Wow. That kinda sucks. That seems like a really poor design. I have to replace bulbs on both sides. This means that I might have to remove the entire bumper? My hands aren't small.

Have you checked your owners manual? I pulled one up off the web and it shows how to do it. Looks like two bolts removed under the hood and then push the assembly out.
