"Bucking" problem Honda Civic EX 1998
Help please -
Chronic "bucking" or hesitating problem with this car. Mechanic cannot find the problem - has replaced some fuses and had it hooked up to computer.
Additional lesser problem is that power windows work one day, and not the next. (Moon roof always works.)
Any ideas would be most appreciated - have already spent over $300.00 trying to diagnose and fix.

Your mechanic must not know a whole lot if he is just blindly replacing fuses.
Could be something as easy as a corroded battery cable causing all these issues, or the windows & bucking issues are just coincidents.
Have you replaced the spark plugs and wires lately?
