1999 ford windstar 3.8

Looking for info on how to remove and re-install new, electric cooling fan assembly on 1999 ford windstar 3.8.. any help would be greatly appreciated... thank you

Can get the bolts off but cannot figure out how to remove the assembly after that..

For reasons like this is why many people go to an auto parts store and spend less than $20 for a Haynes or Chilton's manual on their vehicle. Or, maybe some junkyard guy might know off hand.

Go to www. Autozone com. Look in vehicle repair guides. Enter your vehicle make, year, model, engine size. Look in Engine and Engine overheating section and you will find a section on your cooling fan. It will give you step by step instructions as well as pictures on how to remove and reinstall your assembly. I have a 95 and I did the same job in about 3-4 hours and a box of beer, in my driveway.
