Door panel removal

How do you remove drivers door panel on a 97 Lincoln Town Car?Window won't come up,motor runs both up and down.

 

you will have to remove the inner door handle, gently pry up on the panel for the window and door lock switches look for screws in there, look behind the door handle for screws, the actual door panel is probably held on by small plastic pins that you have to pry out, gently pry out one edge just enough to see if you have the pins or if the panel has to lift up, on the newer vehicles you must lift the panel to release it from the door. double check for any screws in lights or handles that might hold it in also.
haven't had any lincolns apart in over 15 yrs, so am not 100% sure

Autozone sometimes has parts diagrams on their site. I couldn't find one for any Lincoln actually. I see by your post you're in Mesa. According to the Mesa library's website, they have a 1990 Licoln Town Car repair manual. Call number:
629.28722 L638CA 1990. Maybe that can show you ?
