Honda Accord 2000 AC problem
I got into some troubles with My Honda Accord 2000 AC. It doesn't cool the air. When I applied the pressure gage from the Wal-Mart recharge kit it read 100psi in the red zone. The pressure doesn’t change if I turn the AC on or off. It stays unchanged. Any ideas what that can be?

Too get a accurate reading, you need a manifold pressure test kit. There will be gauges on the low and high pressure ports.
Did you add refrigerant too? Adding too much can damage the system as well.
Do you hear the AC clutch kick on when you select AC?

I didn't add any refrigerant as the pressure was too high. When I turn AC on/off, the RPM nidle wiggles slightly but I do not hear much of vibration as it used to be. Does it mean the pump is dead?

A/c work should be done by a qualified technician. If you not sure how this systems work I woulldn't mess around to much. There is high presure and more damage to your car or your self could occur
