1992 Suburban Differential Gear Oil Weight

Does anyone know the gear oil weight for a front differential on a 1992 Chevy Suburban K1500 4X4

Unless I'm mistaken there are 2 different weight gear oils. 85w90 weight is for most differentials and 90w140 is for limitted slip differentials.

I don't have my usual referance sources with me now. Do you have an Owners Manual? The manual will tell you for sure but my 2005 Silverado front differential has Mobil Synthetic 75W-90 in it. The manufacturer specs 80W-90 for the front and rear differential. The 80W-140 lubes are usually for very severe service.
