Saturn Electrical Issue

1994 Saturn SC2, 1.9L, 218k, 5-manual.

Now that it's getting a little cooler here in WI, I've developed a weird electrical issue. When I turn the ignition on and start I get a click, click, click, click thing going on. I know it's the relays that are making the clicking noises, but any ideas what is causing the momentary loss of power?

When driving I lose the radio for about 2 seconds now and again, some days it seems that is goes every time I hit the clutch and break, other times I can slam the breaks and nothing. I guess the question is do I have a break in insulation that allows the wire to short out, or do I have a bad pcb some where that is breaking a connection when it's cold out?

Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks.

I would start by inspecting the battery/starter/alt cables. If a connector is corroded, it will cause some issues.

thanks will check the battery, It was replaced last year, so it could be a got a POC. I don't lose any power nor does the engine even seem to sputter. Will definitely check for battery issues.
