cracked drivers side door handle

I have a 1996 Toyota Camry and the outside door handle is cracked and won't open without reaching underneath the door handle. Can I repair this by gluing the handle back together or would I need to replace the door handle. Assuming I need to replace it, does this involve removing the outside part of the door frame? Thanks.

Skip the glue, it won't last. The outside handle is replaced by removing the inner door panel. Then you work through an access opening in the door. The handles are not as expensive as you might think and you can get them in colors to match your existing paint from Toyota. If you go ahead and get the replacement handle it will help you to see how it mounts. If you don't care about color, you can get one really cheap:
