89 Oldsmobile has lost some SPUNK?
I purchased an 1989 Olds Royal 88 with a 3.8 liter fuel injected V-6. After Replacing the coil pack, plugs and wires, it ran great, had lots of power and got good gas mileage. 15,000 miles later it's lost some spunk and the gas mileage is down. I recently changed the fuel filter, cleaned the MAF sensor and changed the air filter, none of which has helped. It also seems to idle rough at times and the loss of power is more noticeable at the lower RPM's.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

first i would run a compression test to make sure that nothing mechanical is wrong, then i would look at fuel injectors, try some bg44k through the fuel system.

Cleaned MAF with brake clean
Took the MAF off and sprayed wire sensor with brake clean. No funny smoke from the exhaust. The sluggishness is more noticeable when the engine is warmed up. Another thing which may be related is at about 45mph it feels like the torque converter locks up, and then there is a noticeable, jerking or lurching or even the engine missing, when on level ground.....the jerking is worse on a hill. It will stop if I get over 50mph. There is no missing or jerking under full throttle.
